All orders are shipped within 2 days from the date of order.
On request, in-city (Mumbai) orders can be shipped on the same date as well.
Delivery Rates
Free Shipping for Orders above Rs. 499 in selected PIN CODES of Delhi NCR .
Rs. 50 Delivery Charge per kg for Orders in Delhi NCR & Uttarakhand.
Rs. 60 per kg Delivery Charge for Orders Others states (Across India).
Delivery Charges for International Order are at actual.
Delivery Timeline
Local or In-city orders will be delivered within 3 to 4 working days.
For orders from the state of Maharashtra will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days.
For orders outside of the state of Maharashtra will be delivered within 7 to 10 working days.
For International order, delivery schedule is as per the prescribed timeline by the courier partner.
All order are prepared to reach you within the stated timeline, however, restriction arising due to unforeseen circumstances may cause a delay of the same.
Return / Replacement / Refund Policy
Customers are eligible for a return/replacement/refund only in a situation of manufacturing defects.
In a case of manufacturing defects or mishandle by courier, customers can connect with us within 24 hours of delivery.
Customers are requested to share photographs of the damaged product for investigation purposes.
Upon investigation, a suitable solution will be offered to the consumer.
Important Note: Honey Crystallisation is a natural phenomenon and therefore – Crystallised honey will not be accepted for return, replacement, or refund.

Cancellations accepted within an hour of order placement.
